Sixteen years at Unity has taken me from Software Test Engineering to Solution Engineering, through multiplayer tools, networking and cloud backend services, to senior leadership in Partner Engineering. That journey across disciplines is what shapes how I lead. I understand the work because I've been close to all of it. The results reflect that: cycle time down 33%, review time down 69%, $153M ACV.
